Join us at our new Community Healing Clinic night, the 1st Friday of every month at the enchanting Maha Soul Yoga Studio in Downtown Littleton. During our Community Meditation and Healing Clinic nights you will get a chance to learn a valuable meditation technique for healing and stress relief and receive a MCKS Pranic Healing® treatment!!!

We begin each community night with a short discussion on energetic anatomy. Then we do a few light chi gong exercises followed by and explanation of MCKS Twin Hearts Meditation. After that we meditate for about 20 mins and the healing portion of the night begins!
